Basics education program are starting on Wednesday, March 8th. This 6-week class is free and open to parents of youth experiencing behavioral problems. It is taught by parents with lived experience who can help you better understand your child’s behavior and available resources. It’s a great place to find community support, gain practical, up-to-date information about mental health conditions and learn how to effectively advocate for your child with the school and health care systems.

Our Peer-to-Peer education program is starting on Wednesday, March 8th. This 10-week class is free and open to adults living with mental health conditions. It’s a great place to find support in a confidential setting, improve coping and problem solving skills and learn about community resources. The class is guided by certified volunteers with lived experience and who are in recovery with their own mental health challenges.  Registration is required and space is limited.

The NAMI Family to Family education program is starting on Tuesday, March 7th. This 12-week course is free and open to family members and family caregivers of individuals with a mental illness taught by trained NAMI family members.
